A sophisticated, midcentury-modern interior design awaits beyond the hexagonal doorway of this Midtown lounge boasting fine craft cocktails (especially the signature mules) and late-night dining from a slow food–style menu. Reservations are recommended at this always-popular spot, though it’s more moody than loud and crowded, as patrons tend to act their classiest. P.S. There’s also a sweet outdoor patio.

Responsible for kicking off the local craft cocktail scene. It’s also a haven for late night eaters who still want good food - the kitchen’s open until midnight every night.

Starlite’s Burger - Quite possibly the most signature dish at Starlite, and with good reason, the burger here is built with a Brandt beef patty topped with melted Gruyere and caramelized onion, sandwiched in a brioche bun from local bakery Con Pane. It might just be one of the best burgers you eat after hours, as it’s available on Starlite’s late night menu that runs until midnight Sunday through Thursday.
